Tasting notes
Yellow Straw color. Intense aromas of fruit, white flowers and mineral nuances which come from the vineyard. Persistent in the mouth and well – balanced in acidity maintaining the citric notes.
Food pairing
Ideal to be served as appetizer, any kind of fish and seafood.
Vinification
Cold maceration of the grapes when they arrive into the winery followed by a controlled soft pressing. One the sediments have been settling down, the juice is fermented under controlled temperature of 16 Celsius during 20 days.
