Tasting notes

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay this classic wine shows aromas of candied apple and lemon zest. The palate features flavors of crème brûlée and pears poached with baking spices which finishes clean due to the balanced acidity. It is aged for 9 months in 100% French Oak, 20% of which was new to add layers of subtle complexity and flavors to this pretty wine. The slight hint of toasty oak will compliment your favorite roasted chicken, pork or seafood dishes.
