"A fulcrum is the point on which an object balances" Fulcrum is a winemaker’s winery, where no corners are ever cut. It is guided solely by winemaker David Rossi's palate and vision that has been developed over more than 20 years. From this vision, David produces a small portfolio of vineyard- and appellation-designated wines using grapes from acclaimed sites in the Anderson Valley, Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, Carneros and Chalone appellations.
Tasting Notes
: Deep dark purple hues, earth, desert sage, anise and berry compote on the nose. There are mouth-filling blackberries, spice, and earth on the palate, full bodied with excellent acid and tannin balance and a long intense finish. A bold and rich expression of Pinot Noir, delicious.
