Jeb Dunnuck 94pt

Coming from a cool site (the vineyard is near Pride), the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon sports a deep purple color as well as a primordial bouquet of blue fruits, bay leaf, and classic Spring Mountain wild herbs and scrub brush notes. Medium to full-bodied, elegant and silky, it has building structure, notable complexity, and a great finish. It's a seriously impressive 2017 that will drink nicely for 15+ years.

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon delivers classic notes of warm cassis, baked plums, pencil lead and cedar chest with an undercurrent of tar, sautéed herbs, tilled soil, espresso and black olives. Medium to full-bodied, the palate features taut, well-expressed black fruits with firm, chewy tannins and refreshing acidity, finishing long and earthy.
