Our most limited release of Shorebird Bourbon. For our Master Distiller's Series Bourbon, our small team unanimously selects no more than two casks which are regarded as the best of the best. The bourbon in these bottles establishes the high-water mark of our whiskey-making abilities, exhibiting unparalleled smoothness, balance and richness of flavor. This is our best work and we are very proud to be able to do it.
