Tasting notes
At first glance, it makes you want to taste it. On the nose,
this wine offers a complex and seductive aromatic bouquet. Aromas of ripe black
fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry are mixed with elegant notes of oak,
cedar and vanilla from its aging in with oak. Subtle nuances of spice and tobacco
add depth to its aromatic profile. On the palate, Chateau Bellevue reveals a
velvety texture and well-integrated tannins, offering a sensation of sweetness and
finesse. The black fruit flavors are generously spread, supported by a beautiful
freshness and balanced structure. A slight hint of liquorice or chocolate can also be
revealed, adding a touch of complexity.
