It blends seamlessly with deeper aromas of ripe Bosc pear, wet flint, and a delicate hint of orange blossom brought on by the later harvest. A subtle undertone of chalky minerality accompanies the bouquet. On the palate the first early harvest drives a vibrant, energetic core of citrus-driven acidity and stony minerality that cuts across the mid-palate.
